My brother Tommy was born with Down syndrome. It is a blessing for parents to have organizations like The Down Syndrome Association that provides information and support for children and adults with Down syndrome and their families. The association helps gather and share information about Down syndrome and they find support from other parents who are experiencing similar feelings about their child. A couple of their goals are to get to know other people with Down syndrome and foster friendships between their children, and to raise awareness in our community about Down syndrome.
This is simply one of the best place to share your donations with.
