There’s no easy way to say this … “I am not Chef Michael Canine Creations!”

There, I let it out.

I can’t tell you how many emails I get on a daily basis, thanking me for my wonderful dog food. I must admit, getting thousands upon thousands of emails are nice, but it does get old.

I may wear many hats and keep myself busy as a chef, cooking instructor, spokesperson, etc … but canine food creator is not one … or is it?

Maybe, just maybe I should run with it.

I can see the headlines already, “S.A.’s Chef Michael Flores launches new Mexican dog food line.”

Instead of the same roast beef, chicken and bacon flavored items that crowd the grocery aisles, you’ll see carne guisada flavors, encihladas de queso, picadillo and even barbacoa flavors for your furry friend.

How many times do you feed your pup table food anyway? After asking several close friends, it seems we all do it. Even now, with all the new inventions and creations, no one can seem to get their canine to eat dog food.

We can get children to eat vegetables … adults to take fiber … but we can’t get our pets to eat their own food.

This may just be the perfect time to start a new side-business.

Oooooooo, and let’s not forget about cats!!! No one ever remembers kitty cats … they too need to eat.

Ok, ok …. So I’ve already researched for hours and this too is something I can and may just do!

Watch out San Antonio, the Alamo City may just have a new PET chef in town!
